I found TSR to be very professional, they fully understood the Job brief and only provided me with CVs that met the criteria. Thanks for NOT bombarding me with CVs to sift through. The staff are a joy to work with, unlike many agencies who once you give them a vacancy all of sudden you are bombarded by various staff claiming they have the ideal candidate, and in fact all that they have is a target to meet and they will try to place anyone to get paid. I found TSR to have high integrity and are quite clear on who and why they are putting forward a candidate for consideration, good two way communication without any hassling. TSR provided a very personal and professional service and a very fair price and fair contract terms compared to other agencies. I would certainly use and recommend TSR in the future.
I have known the director of TSR for too many years probably about 12 plus, all of which have been positive due to him not wasting my time sending me inappropriate CV’s and candidates. The candidates match my criteria in way that no other agency seems to understand. Personally I would not recommend you to anyone else as I don’t want them getting any potential candidates first!
I found working with Gary and TSR extremely productive. Our experience over time with recruitment consultants has been mixed. However, TSR took time to understand our business and our requirement and then presented high caliber candidates for interview. TSR clearly have considerable experience in the marketplace enabling them to deliver real value, and this showed throughout each engagement.
