We do so in order to provide you with the recruitment services that are available from our business. We also collect your personal data from your published CV on job boards such as CV Library, Monster and Jobsite. If you are a seeking work we will also ask for and record details of the kind of work you are looking for and your preferred work location. If you decide to upload a CV, cover letter, personal statement or other similar document or information we will keep that information for as long as it is deemed to be in our legitimate business interests or until you request your information be removed from our data-stores, whichever is the soonest.

What do we do with your personal data?

By providing us with your personal data it is understood that since you are seeking work you are actively soliciting contact from prospective employers and recruiters about opportunities which match the seeking works' fields of interest. If you are seeking work we will therefore make your personal data available to recruiters and employers to find suitable employees for specific roles that they are seeking to fill.

We will only use your personal data when legally permitted to do so. The most common uses of your personal data are:

  • Where we are carrying out duties relating to performance of a contract between us or prior to a contract we are asked to perform duties for you

As part of our recruitment service we will from time to time send marketing materials in the form of job alerts, industry information and recruitment advice and consider this a legitimate business need for us to provide recruitment services. Data Sharing and Transfers

Save where it is necessary to do so, in order to provide you with our recruitment services, we do not share your personal data with third parties. Your personal data is stored on our servers which are in the European Economic Area (EEA). If we share your personal data with any third party service provider in the course of providing you with our services, those third parties are required to process your data in accordance with contracts which comply with data protection legislation.
